He is survived by : his wife Debra Jenkins; his children, Tracy and Johnny; his stepdaughters, Selena and Amy; his siblings, Abby, Cathy, Karen and Mike; and his close friend Cana. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and extended family and friends.
