He is survived by: his children, Alma Gilliland, Janet Volbert, Shellie Sims (Arnold "Tweety" Sims III), Joletta Williams and Fred Williams Jr.. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
