He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Lee, Opal Elkins, Acy Michael and Blanche Mae Grissom. He is survived by: his father Ronald V. Elkins; his stepmother Linda Faye Elkins; his mother Edith Faye Elkins (Grissom); his siblings, Blaine Elkins, Sabrina Bryan (Ralph) and Charlotte Lynch (Rob); his uncle William Elkins; and his aunts, Wilma Sue Womack and Linda Ray Hooker. He is also survived by his several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to the East View Baptist Church of Georgetown, a cause dear to Frankie's heart.
