He is survived by: his wife Terri Smith; his children, Michael Smith, Dustin Lankford (Kayla) and Carey Andrews (Jeremy); his grandchildren, Brayden, Gavin, Mallory, Ava Andrews, Corbin Lankford and Sophia Martin; and his brothers, Jeff Parker and Eddie Parker. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
