He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Aaron Neeley, Sr. and Rachel McCamish Neeley; and his brother Thomas A. Neeley, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Pasty Neeley; his daughters, Beth Kammer (Thomas) of Nashville, TN and Leah Hovey (Oliver); his grandchildren, Olivia Hovey and Zachary Hovey; and his sister Carolyn Riner.
