He is survived by: his son Tim Frazier; his wife Judy Crisp; his sons, Tim Crisp (Kim) and Jeff Crisp; his grandchildren, Kayla of Cleveland, Brett Hooker of Cleveland, Megan Crisp of Cleveland, Keri of Cleveland and Matt Palo of Cleveland; and his siblings, Gene Crisp (Virginia), Curtis Crisp (Brenda), Virgel Crisp (Annice), Ronald Crisp (Teresa), Ivadell Lauderback (Charles), Eva Jean Collier (Gary) and Ida Mae. He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.
