He is survived by: his wife Betty Blankenship; his children, Michael Whaley, Rhonda Johnson, Amanda Barrineau, Tabatha Boyd and Angela Whaley; his mother Wilma Womack; and his siblings, Kelly Womack and Katie Regan. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
