She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Clyde Poole and Lillie Vanatta Poole; her husband Stanley W. Searcy; her son Todd A. Searcy; and her parents-in-law, Lorene Searcy and Earl Searcy.

She is survived by: her son Kevin W. Searcy; her sisters, Charlotte Walker and Debbie Jernigan (Tommy); her daughter-in-law Angela Searcy; and her siblings-in-law, Janet Jones and Gene Jones. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
