He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Hays and Stella Hays. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Huff Hays; his children, Sara Hays, Kendall Hays (Fatima), Rick Hays (Teresa) and Christy Headla (Larry); his grandchildren, Kayla Bennett, Marcia Hopson, Ethan Hays, Jessi Hunter (Graham), Brittany Wilson (Mark), Christopher Berry and Ian Berry; and his great grandchildren, Thomas Bennett, Charlee Hunter, Kace Hunter and Izzy Wilson. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
