It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bonnie Kate Proffitt (Gatlinburg, Tennessee), who passed away on August 18, 2018, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Creed Proffitt; her parents, Frank Price and Della Price; her daughter Anita Kay Parton; and her brothers, Mayford Price, Jack Price and Doug Price.
She is survived by: her children, Stanley Creed Proffitt (Michelle) and Doris Anne Reagan (Dennie); her grandchildren, Angela Godwin, Brad Huskey, Tyler Parton, Adam Bales, Jessica Morgan and Jerimiah Proffitt; her siblings, Loy Price (Audrey), Buford Price (Linda), Dwight Price (Kamron) and Lou Marine (Bill); and also Christene Lovely. She is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren.
