Church; her mother Mary Ann Seymore; her children, Teresa Hall (Nathan) and Thomas Church (Kendra); her stepdaughter Nikki Church; her grandchildren, Owyn, Alivia, Kadyn, Joey, Jayla, Waylon, Caleb, Karissa and Kade; her siblings, Curtis Seymore, James Seymore (Wanda), John Seymore, Thomas Seymore (Debbie), David Seymore, Louise Jones (Connie), Barbara Seymore and Jennifer Aly (Freddie); and her close friend Patrick Riley. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
