He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Ivory Booker and Novella Pugh Tolbert; his stepmother Magdalena Feldman Booker; and his siblings, Thomas Booker and Judy Eulene.
He is survived by: his sons, Steven Booker (Tammy) of Gates and Chris Booker (Sandra) of Dyersburg, Tennessee; and his siblings, Don Booker of Millington, Tennessee and Jeanette Grantland (Sammy) of Ripley, Tennessee. He is also survived by seven grand children and one great-grandchild.
