She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Blakley and Nellie Blakley (Conrad); and her son Jackie Luttrell. She is survived by: her sons, Michael Luttrell of Gates, TN and Howard Jacobs Jr. of Dallas, TX; and her brother David Blakley of Medina, TN.. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and twenty great- grandchildren.
