She was predeceased by: her father Rev. James Clay Garrett, Sr.; her stepparents, Lula V. Garrett and James W. Wachter, Sr.; her brother J. C. Garrett; her half-siblings, Winford P. Oney and Shirley Wachter; and her mother Lois Manis Wachter (Manis).
She is survived by: her husband James H. Puckett, Jr.; her children, Steven Puckett (Yvonne) and Nicole Cummings (Jeremiah Adored); and her grandchildren, Abigail Coomer, Emily Puckett, Steven Puckett, Jr., Taylor Cummings and Hayden Cummings.
A graveside service was held on Sunday, November 10th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Mt. Helen Cemetery (1005 Joe Branch Rd, Allardt, TN 38504).
