Ruth Grizzle Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 13, 2025, at the age of 89, Ruth Grizzle of Gallatin, Tennessee passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ruth Grizzle to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Cross and Ova McCloud Cross; her husband John Leonard Grizzle; and her brothers, Bobby Cross and Charles Cross.
She is survived by: her daughter Cindy Cross Hiett (Chad) of Gallatin; her nephews, Bobby Cross, Jr. (Cynthia) of Old Hickory, Mark Cross (Jennifer) of Gallatin and Jason Cross (Lorena); her niece Susan Froelich of Gallatin; and her grandchildren, Quinton Hiett (Jaden) and Gracie Hiett.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Gallatin (100 Albert Gallatin Ave, Gallatin, TN 37066). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
The family request in lieu of flowers that memorial contributions be made to Cedar Grove Missionary Baptist Church.
