He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Davenport and Rachel Netherton Davenport; his wife Thelma Sue Davenport; and his siblings, Billy Wayne Davenport, Barbara Brown and Nancy Poole.

He is survived by: his daughter Tammy Shaw (Mark) of Gallatin; his grandson Tanner Davenport; and his siblings, Roger Davenport (Jane), Ralph Davenport (Selma), Larry Davenport of Florida and Jane Davis.

The family request memorial contributions be made to the Charter Senior Living in Gallatin.
