He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Paul Slaughter and Loretta Charlotte Lockard; and his siblings, Paul Slaughter and Patricia Mitchell. He is survived by: his wife Valerie Slaughter (Fillmore); his children, Brian Slaughter (Shelly) and Cheryl Carlamere (Steven); his grandchildren, Brady Slaughter, Kameron Slaughter, Emily Slaughter, Hunter Westbrook, Faith Sarah Westbrook and Jordyn Westbrook; and his sister Joyce Para (Richard).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to Alive Hospice, the United Service Organization (USO), or Our Lady Of The Lake Catholic Church.
