He was predeceased by: his parents, Manie Webb and Bob Webb; and his siblings, Jesse Harper, Peggy Ridings, Helen Brewer and Bill Webb.
He is survived by: his wife Ruby Cook Webb; his children, Melissa Webb Nolen (Billy), Michelle Webb Scruggs (Gene) and Scott Lindsey Webb (Amy); his grandchildren, Lindsey Nolen Wells (Max), Carly Webb Tomkins (Dooby), Taylor Nolen (Natalie), Heather Webb Hays (Justin) and Spencer Webb (Shelley); and his great grandchildren, Jillian Baldis, Harrison, Hadley, Henry, Hannah Hays, Titus, Jaxon Nolen and Damien Webb.
