He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph E. Cook and Judy Frances Cook; and his brother Kenny Cook. He is survived by: his son Jonah Cook of Bethpage; and his siblings, Rick Cook (Gena) of Castalian Springs and Jennifer Cook of Gallatin.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM at the Gallatin (100 Albert Gallatin Ave, Gallatin, TN 37066). A graveside service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the New Hope Cemetery (1599 TN-52, Westmoreland, TN 37186).
