We are sad to announce that on August 7, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Leah Avila of Gallatin, Tennessee, born in Decatur, Illinois. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her mother Judy Durbin (Jerry); and her stepfather Jerry Durbin. She is survived by: her parent Emery R. Staples (Laura); her children, Danny Gonzalez of Taylorville, Sydney Neal of California, Jesse Torres of Taylorville and Alexandria Torres of Jacksonville; her grandchildren, Braylyn, Adrielle, Kianii, Nattii, Lucian and Percy; and her siblings, Pam Welge (Scott Wilson) of Taylorville, Jeff Staples (Carmen) of Wetzlar Germany, Karen Durbin of Gallatin, TN, Keith Staples of Taylorville, Serena Staples (Edgar Molina) of St. Louis, MO and Amber Braun (Peter) of Taylorville. She is also survived by Several Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.

Memorials may be made to Sutton Memorial Home to assist the family with expenses.
