He was predeceased by: his sister Jaycee Ann Harper-Seibert; his great-grandparent Edward Choate; his grandfathers, James Neal and Jerry Seibert; and his aunt Deshea Marshall.
He is survived by: his parents, Earl Harper-Seibert and Cindy Harper-Seibert; his siblings, Namira Harper, Jayda Harper-Seibert, Joslynn Harper-Seibert and Jaiden Harper-Seibert; his great-grandparent Mary Choate; his grandmothers, Teresa Martin, Shelby Denton (Robert) and Terri Seibert; his aunt Crissy Campbell; and his close friend Kesha Lyons.
