He was predeceased by: his parent Donald Sullivan; and his wife Connie O'Neal Sullivan. He is survived by: his parent Patricia Armstrong Cole; his children, Gwynn Sullivan of Gallatin and Patrick Sullivan of Scotland; and his siblings, Ellen Sullivan, Julie Ann Sullivan, Rick Sullivan, Brian Sullivan, Jack Cole and David Cole.
