He is survived by: his wife Joann Hines of Lafayette; his children, James Clifford Hines of Lafayette, Katie Hines of Lafayette and Carrie Jenkins (Troy) of Lafayette; and his sisters, Helen Hines Gregory (Frank) of Castalian Springs, Debbie Burnett of Gallatin, Shari Graves (Ward) of Portland, Tammy Hall (David) of Portland and Lisa Posey of Gallatin. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren.
