He is survived by: his wife Iva Marie Lykins Smedley of Gallatin; his children, Karen Jarrett (Jeff) of Hendersonville, Scott Smedley (Anne) of Richmond, VA and Christopher Smedley (Nicole) of Arlington, VA; his siblings, Jim Smedley (Barbara) of Follansbee, WV and Jeanne Rodgers (John) of Colliers, WV; and his grandchildren, Summer Smedley, Kyra Angle, Eva Smedley, Jeryn Jarrett, Jaclyn Jarrett, Joslyn Jarrett, Brian Smedley and Kody Angle.
