Geretta Weidner Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Geretta Weidner of Gallatin, Tennessee, who passed away on November 20, 2024 at the age of 59. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Geretta Weidner to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Margarette and Junior Brewer; her uncle Billy; her aunt Betty Brewer; her parents-in-law, Bob and Geri Weidner; and her father Stephen Steele.
She is survived by: her husband Jon Weidner of Gallatin; her children, Jessica Weidner of Gallatin and Brant Weidner (Nicci Alves) of Gallatin; her mother Barbara Steele of Gallatin; her grandson Jon Summers; her aunts and uncles, Mickey Hunt (Bob), Danny Brewer, Brenda Donahue and Richard Brewer (Ann); her brother Ken; her sister-in-law Donna Weidner of Gallatin; her nephews, Garrett Weidner (Brittany) of Castalian Springs and Tyler Weidner (Tuesday) of Gallatin; and her pets, Bokeh and Gidget. She is also survived by several loving cousins; several special "bonus" children and grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Monday, November 25th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Gallatin (100 Albert Gallatin Ave, Gallatin, TN 37066). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 2:40 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 3:20 PM.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Feed Sumner Food Bank and Ministry, 1121 Gregory Drive, Gallatin, TN 37066.
