She was predeceased by: her father James "Bud" E. Fowler Sr; and her brother James "Jim" E. Fowler Jr.. She is survived by: her sons, Shane Johnson (Khris) of Gallatin and James Andy Johnson; her grandchild Zack Johnson; her wife Jessica; and her aunts, Wanda Ward and Bonnell Gobble.
