She is survived by: her daughter Jami Fugate (Danny); her grandchildren, Jadan Fugate and Reese Fugate; her pet Izzy; her niece Hillary Weigle (Troy Sphar); her nephew Brian Hollingshead (Erin); and her siblings-in-law, Richard Hollingshead and Mary Cook.
