He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley Baskerville; and his father William L. Crook. He is survived by: his sons, Jesse Crook of Gallatin and Austin Kemp (Katie Norris) of Bethpage; his mother Judy Schell Howell (Frank) of Cottontown; and his sisters, Elizabeth Hemard (Scott Shephard) of Georgetown, IN and Melodie Crook of Cottontown. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
