Thomas of Gainesboro and Tina Hurt of Murfreesboro; her siblings, Alvin Ernest Hurt, Jr., Jeffery Boyd Hurt, Michael Andrews, Ernest Andrews, Adam Creasy, Johnny Creasy, Jimmy Creasy and April Creasy; and her grandchildren, Aleah Thomas, Caden Stafford, Mason Eli Thomas and Bella Swann Creasy.
