He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Davis and Bessie Long Davis; his brothers, Clyde Davis, Robert Davis, William Stanton Davis and Ottis Davis; and his sons-in-law, Lanny Kirby and Larmon Loftis.
He is survived by: his wife Fran Davis of Gainesboro; his children, Kenny Davis of Gainesboro, Kay Kirby of Gainesboro, Sharon Davis of Gainesboro and Chasity Hix (Tony) of Gainesboro; his sister Jewel Spivey of Whitleyville; his grandchildren, Dustin Loftis (Valerie), Heath Kirby (Krista), Torrey Kirby, Ethan Kirby (Olivia), Blaise Barlow (Abbye) and Kinsey Lemmons (Nicholas); and his great grandchildren, Ayden Loftis, Carolina Barlow, Lena Barlow, Jude Barlow, Amara Kirby, Ellee Kirby and Baby Kirby. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
