He is survived by: his wife Barbara Flatt of Gainesboro, TN; his children, Roger Flatt of Gainesboro, TN and Patricia Smith (Jason) of Gainesboro, TN; his siblings, Roy Flatt (Ann) of Gainesboro, TN and Lorene Haney of Gainesboro, TN; his stepdaughters, Faye Pigg (Johnny) of Gainesboro, TN and Diane Pigg (Jesse) of Gainesboro, TN; and his grandchildren, Jessica Flatt, Peyton Smith, Kelsey Smith, John Pigg, Jamie Stacy, Belva Kidder, Jack Kirk, Cindy Pigg, Jimmy Dean, Melissa Holmes and Connie Christian. He is also survived by 14 Great Grandchildren.
