He was predeceased by: his father Joe Willard Raines; his children, Kelly Marlene and Bobby Joe; and his brother Jimmy Raines. He is survived by: his mother Willene Raines of Gainesboro, TN; his daughter Cayla Diane Raines of Gainesboro, TN; his sisters, Jo Ann Spurlock (Charles) of Baxter, TN, Judy Phifer of Sparta, TN and Shirley Allen of Gainesboro, TN; and his grandchildren, Jacaiden and Janiya Smith of Gainesboro, TN.. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
