She is survived by: her daughter Patricia Ann Violette of Clarksville, FL; her sister Moline Davis of Nashville, TN; her niece Pam Miller of Warren Heights, MI; her grandchildren, Theresa Ballard and James Ballard; and her great grandchildren, James Ballard III, Michael Slater, Dustin Slay, Meagan Thomas and Gracie Shouppe.
