She was predeceased by: her siblings, Louise Spivey and Curtis J. Head; her grandchildren, Chris Martin and Julie Martin; and the father of her children Gene Trisdale.

She is survived by: her daughters, Jenny Martin (Danny) of Gainesboro, TN and Kay Jordan (Rob) of Gainesboro, TN; her grandchildren, Dalton and Cory; and her siblings, Joe Head of Gainesboro, TN, Edis Head of Gainesboro, TN, Dwayne Head of Gainesboro, TN, Willard Head of Gainesboro, TN and Judy McDowell of Gainesboro, TN..
