He is survived by: his children, Tommy Biggs of Gainesboro, TN, Donny Pippin of Baxter, TN, Billy Pippin of Gainesboro, TN, Jennifer Biggs of Baxter, TN and Lindsay Pippin of Baxter, TN. He is also survived by 7 Grandchildren.
