He is survived by: his wife Judy Pharris of Gainesboro; his daughter Alison Kitchen (Jimmy) of Portland, TN; his sister Suzanne York (Garvis) of Lebanon; his granddaughter Macey Brooke Conaster of Knoxville; his sister-in-law Juanita Ferguson (Darry) of Colorado; his niece Susan (Todd) of Nashville; his nephew Alan Heffner (Meredith) of Charlotte, NC; and his great-nephews, Alex and Drew Heffner of Charlotte, NC. He is also survived by Other relatives and many friends.
