He was predeceased by: his parents, Bob Burnam and Mary Lou Bentley; his brother Daniel Ellis Bentley; and his brother-in-law J. D. Joines of Kentucky. He is survived by: his wife Marcella Bybee Bentley; his children, Kati Bentley, Laci Flynt (John), Jennifer Bentley, Beth Shelton (Tim) and Mike Bentley; his grandchildren, Cade, Brix Flynt, Albert, Helen Brown and Bentley Cunningham; his sister Nola Joines; and his sisters-in-law, Mary Ellen Bentley and Nancy Bybee.
