Russell of Gainesboro, TN; her son Mel Cranmer of South Bend, IN; and her siblings, Tyron Lee Inbody of Dayton, OH and Linda Lou Fedak of Bloomington Springs, TN..

She worked as a secretary for the American Cancer Society in Elkhart, IN, and was a member of the Gainesboro First United Methodist Church.
