He was predeceased by: his father Paul Dailey; and his grandparents, William George, Amelia Pigg Dailey, Milton and Evelyn Olene Flynn Spivey.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Dailey of Gainesboro, TN; his daughter Cristal Malek (Shaun) of Houston, TX; his stepchildren, Billy Stacy, Amber Stacy, Derek Haggard and Dennis Haggard, Jr.; his mother Helen Spivey Dailey of Gainesboro, TN; his brother Kevin Dailey (Shannon) of Cookeville, TN; his grandchildren, Destiny McCormick, Karina Alonzo, Addyson Stacy, Amerika Stacy, Keanen Williams, Ashton Williams, Kendal Malek, Aisley Malek, Jacob Haggard, Denise Haggard and Chelsea Salyer; his niece Delonna Lyles; his nephews, Andy and Chris Dailey; and his uncles, Johnnie Dailey and Earl Flynn. He is also survived by 2 Great Grandchildren.
