With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Nell Frances Brown Anderson (Gainesboro, Tennessee), born in Jackson, Tennessee, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 10, 2024 at the age of 95. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ben Fowler Brown and Lona Vestel Brown; and her husband Hugh Haggard Anderson. She is survived by: her children, Joan Halfacre (Joe), Janice Marie Anderson, Fran Green (Pete) and Ben Frank Anderson (Jenny); her nieces and nephews, Marie Anderson Carlisle, Lucinda Anderson Vedros and Thomas Edward Anderson (Preacher); her grandchildren, Jay Halfacre (Marnie), Lacy Anna Smith (Daniel) and Bethany Anderson (William Pyle); her stepgrandchildren, Forrest Green (Lucy) and Julianna Green; her great grandchildren, Lyla Smith, Hudson Smith, Hayston Smith, Joelle Halfacre and Josiah Halfacre; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Silas Green and Esther Green.
