He is survived by: his children, Mike, Molly and Gainesboro; his wife Molly; his children, Amber Estlund and Blake Estlund (Stephanie); his sisters, Dana Svatopolsky (Dean) and Shannon Kimball; his sister-in-law Heidi Schuster; and his niece Leighann Svatopolsky.
