With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Maston Forkum Jr. of Gainesboro, Tennessee, born in Jackson, Tennessee, who passed away on November 16, 2020 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Maston Forkum and Grace Law Forkum; his wife Helen Mathis Forkum; and his sisters, Jerldine Huffines and Joyce Forkum Wright.
He is survived by: his children, Mark Edward Forkum (Tracie) of Hermitage, TN and Cathy Arms (Sammy) of Deer Lodge, TN; his grandchild Alexa Kamer Liberty (Tim); and his great grandchild Cornelia Grace Kamer Liberty.
