He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland Horn and Helen Horn (Dingman). He is survived by: his wife Alice May Horn (Thompson) of Gainesboro, TN.; his daughter Mary Lou Parker of Mount Joy, PA; his grandchildren, Alexis Parr of Mount Joy, PA and Addison Parr of Mount Joy, PA; and his siblings, Valerie Montague of North Troy, Chyrl Coe of North Troy, VT, Roland "Bud" Horn and Patricia E. Beaudry. He is also survived by Nieces and Nephews.
