He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Lynn Swallows of Gainesboro, TN; his children, Dakota Austin Swallows, Jeremiah Thomas Davidson and Alisha Ann Swallows (Quinton); and his siblings, Jerry Swallows of Cookeville, TN and Wanda Otto of Gainesboro, TN.
