With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Kenneth Harland Heady of Gainesboro, Tennessee, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 15, 2024 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Herman Heady and Hazel Lee Mahaney Heady; his wife Clella Heady; and his siblings, Clarence Heady Jr., Eddie "Bully" Heady, Sam Heady, Dorothy Rush, Barbara Scott, Mabel Smith and Lucille Fox.
He is survived by: his sons, Kenneth Heady of Gainesboro, TN, Alan Heady of Gainesboro, TN and Harland Heady (Ashley) of Gainesboro, TN; his stepsons, Donnie Martin of Gainesboro, TN and David Martin of Gainesboro, TN; his brother Mark Heady of Pueblo, CO; his grandchildren, Brandon, Tyler Heady of Algood, TN, Brittany Rains of Byrdstown, TN, Seairra Heady of Sparta, TN, Kara Heady of Lawrenceburg, TN, Kourtny Heady of Lawrenceburg, TN and Kasen Heady of Lawrenceburg, TN; and his great grandchildren, Hunter Raines and Autumn Raines.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to assist with cremation expenses. Donations may be made by contacting the business office of Anderson Upper Cumberland Funeral Home.
