She was predeceased by: her parents, Ed Heady and Rose Lee Rhoten Heady; her son Kevin Dale Boles; her siblings, Mary Pril, Joe Heady, Ralph "Coy" Heady, Bobby Clay Heady and Larry Heady; her grandchildren, Shaun Dale Boles and Shelby Rose Boles; and her siblings, Roland Heady, Danny Heady, Gayle Pharris, Pam Humphrey and Brenda Dill.
