She is survived by: her mother Barbara Barlow of Gainesboro, TN; her husband William M. Fiolek of Gainesboro, TN; her sons, Caustyn Fiolek of Gainesboro, TN and Dakota Fiolek of Gainesboro, TN; and her siblings, Jimmy Barlow (Debbie) of Hilham, TN, Joe Barlow of Gainesboro, TN and Joan Sisco (Bill) of Gainesboro, TN.. She is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
