He is survived by: his wife Maymie Hunter of Gainesboro, TN; his daughters, Jennifer West (Shawn) of Gainesboro, TN and Katrina Hendricks of Gainesboro, TN; his siblings, Frank Eugene Stephens (Judy) of Gainesboro, TN, Duane Rush (Lori) of Gainesboro, TN, Jeweldean Disanti (Ron) of Gainesboro, TN and Jenny Anderson (Ben) of Gainesboro, TN; and his grandchildren, Destiny Hendricks, Trevor Hendricks, Emilie West and Landon Hendricks.
