With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jimmy Greenwood of Gainesboro, Tennessee, born in Jackson, Tennessee, who passed away on January 6, 2021 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Oplis Greenwood and Dimple Olene Barlow Greenwood; and his brothers, Hugh Greenwood and Bobby Joe Greenwood. He is survived by: his wife Hazel Smith Greenwood of Cookeville, TN; his children, Ray Greenwood (Terri) of Lebanon, TN and Tina Daniels (Frank) of Old Hickory, TN; his siblings, Mack Greenwood of Gainesboro, TN, Charles Greenwood of Lebanon, TN, George Greenwood of Clarksville, TN and Mary Heady of Cookeville, TN; his grandchildren, Charlie Daniels, Leevie Hood (Nick), Ivie Greenwood and Landon Greenwood; and his great grandchildren, Oakley Hood and Beckham Hood.
