He is survived by: his son Tim Hollis of Carthage, TN; his grandchildren, Amanda Haven (Brandon) of Carthage, TN and Travis Hollis of Mt. Juliet, TN; and his great grandchildren, Tegan Bessette, Tatum Haven, Anthony Haven and Trinity Hollis.
